Description of major analysis
ORs were calculated using unconditional logistic regression. ORs were stratified by menopausal status.
Strength of associations reported
Significantly elevated risks were seen for the highest exposure quartiles of PCB congeners 118 and 156, and the total concentration of the mono-ortho congeners (105, 118, 156). In all three cases, substantially higher ORs were seen for pre-menopausal women than post-menopausal (only the pre-menopausal ORS were significantly elevated).
